What is White Coal Briquettes?

Bio-Coal Briquetting is a process that converts agricultural waste into compact, energy-dense fuel briquettes, commonly known as White Coal.

This method holds significant promise as a renewable fuel option, particularly in regions where there is an abundance of agricultural waste and access to resources like fresh grass and animal feed.

Moreover, it provides farmers with the chance to supplement their income by utilizing their agricultural waste effectively.

What is a Price of White Coal Briquettes?

The price of the white coal can be varied depend upon the size, shape and material. However White Coal can be sold from 4000 – 9000 ₹/ton.

What is White Coal Plant?

This project, known as the White Coal Plant, is an innovative initiative aimed at converting agricultural and forestry waste into biomass briquettes, also known as Bio coal. Biomass briquetting represents a significant step towards promoting renewable energy sources for a sustainable environment and economy. It stands as a complete eco-friendly green energy project.

Rise of White Coal Plant Demand in Nations

We’re all acutely aware of the critical role that energy plays in the economic development of nations. The demand for energy continues to surge, while conventional fossil fuels such as petrol, kerosene, natural gas, LPG, and lignite are facing severe limitations on a global scale.

This has created a considerable gap between energy demand and supply. Renewable energy emerges as the ultimate solution to bridge this gap. Many advanced countries have embraced this concept and undertaken projects like ours to harness natural resources efficiently for energy and fuel solutions.

The core idea behind this project is to transform waste materials into bio-coal, a valuable resource. We may not be able to completely eliminate waste, but we can certainly put it to use through a briquetting plant, producing briquettes that, in turn, generate energy. The primary objective here is to provide cost-effective energy solutions.

How White Coal Briquettes Manufactured?

Briquetting Machine 90

To manufactured White Coal Briquettes, We need to used raw material, such as sawdust, undergoes screening, and forest and agricultural waste are chopped using a cutter chipper cum grinder if their size exceeds 25mm. In cases where multiple types of raw materials are used, they are appropriately mixed.

When the raw material contains high moisture content, it is necessary to reduce it through sun drying or by using a turbo dryer. Typically, if the moisture level exceeds 15%, a dryer is required.

The processed raw material of the desired size is then transported via a pneumatic system to holding bins situated above the briquetting press. Through a screw conveyor, the material is moved from the bin to the press, where it is compressed by a ram through a taper-bored die. This compression raises the temperature, causing lignin to surface and naturally bind the material.

The result is the formation of briquettes in the shape of logs, which are automatically conveyed through a cooling line to the storage point.
