The results of the dryer is based on feeding size and moisture of the raw material. Our Saw Dust Flash Dryer is designed to reduce moisture from 45% to 10 / 15 %. Which is suitable for briquetting systems, biomass power plants, pellet mills, and other industries.

Process of Sawdust Dryer Machine

The sawdust dryer consists of a furnace, pipes, an ID fan, and a cyclone. Wet sawdust entered through the feeding hopper, where it is mixed with hot air which comes from Furnace. This mixture passes through the drying column and in last this mixture separated by Cyclone separator. This whole process operated by the ID Fan during this process, the hot air evaporates the water from the sawdust, the dried sawdust is discharged from the cyclone.
